If a person with an Arts background can do an MBA, I'm sure you can but a little knowledge of accounting would be helpful. Even if you don't know accounts at all, you'll learn in the process of learning Tally. All the best.

Really, If you learn Tally neatly handled account section. But you have done Arts, then you learn Graphic design. This both are perfect line for professional. Because you try both way
