Most of the posters here are in the US, so we might not know what Indian acronyms mean.  What is Msc?  In the US, you have to get a dispatcher certificate, which requires taking the ATP written and passing a practical test.  Then you can apply to work in dispatch.  Does your company have an internal hiring program?  You should check with them on that.  Good luck.
