I have done a lot of work on the rental property that we live in, simply because it was disgusting to live in?

This was because I could have my dogs there and the rent was cheap. I've lost receipts of paint and vinyl that we've used to do the house up with, and the landlord won't do any work. How do I claim for it without receipts?

If you charged it on the credit card, you could use that. Otherwise, you are out the money.
