I have done my B.Tech in 1997. Now i want to get into IT field. Which course best suits my profile?

From 1997 i have deviated into various fields. First i have done mainframes, then worked as a cobol faculty till 1998, then did some development in as/400 for 1 year, then was in business for 5 years and currently i am working as a technical recruiter since last year. I want to get settled in a high pay IT domain. So please tell me which is the best course to take up.

    You can go for JAVA and FLash development, these are high paying fields..
