Question:

I have double knockout roses and they have bloomed only once then never again.

Yes they are in full sun. Yes they appear to be in good health. On I can not see anything wrong with them. I did not deadhead because it says you don't have to do that. And they are being feed. Any suggestions?

  1. try blood or bone meal


  2. Prunig roses is most important to get new blooms.

    Deadhead them.

  3. I think you should prune them because it stimulates flowers and overall growth. I think your feeding them too much nitrogen. that gives them nice green leaves and their happy but it doesn't help with flowers. Buy a fertilizer that has a high phosphorus content in it. It helps promote flowers. Or just use a rose fertilizer sold anywhere lol.
