The lines were taken out during a storm and have made many phone calls to AT&T, I have ISP phone service, so the lines are not in use, however I cannot get AT&T out to fix them. Any suggestions on who to call and report this to?

  1. check with your city, village, township, and then the Public Utilities Commission.

Many areas have ordinances, laws, regarding abandoned overhead cables. I know that the city of Cincinnati does, and has forced Time Warner to remove unused cable TV feeds.

  2. Contact the PUC in your state.

  3. Cut 'em!
