  1. Ok, are you sure you're clicking on the right file?  The Yahoo! SiteBuilder was most likely installed on your C disk.  Click Start, click My computer, click Presario (C:), click Program Files, click on Yahoo! SiteBuilder, click OPEN. A window pops up with all the SiteBuilder files.  Find the one that reads SiteBuilder, Executable Jar File, right click on it, THEN, either scroll down to SEND and send it to My Documents, where it will always be easy to find, or click on OPEN, be patient, and it will boot up.

If this does not work, for whatever reason, you may need to uninstall SiteBuilder and reinstall it.  You will not lose your web site (I've had to it several times.)  First, go to Add/Remove Hardware and delete the Java script, then uninstall SiteBuilder.

You may be prompted to Restart your computer.  Then go to the SiteBuilder Download page at http://us.1.p6.webhosting.yahoo.com/ps/s... and download it again.  You will be prompted to reinstall Java, too.

Good luck.  More problems, email me (my address is on my Q&A page.
