  1. I'm glad you posted this. I was beginning to think I was really wierd. 50% of the time when I dream I am somebody else. Man , I've been so many different people I can't count them all. I don't know what the answer to it is but I hope somebody else who answers this does. I always fel a little wierd when I wake up too, like I don't know where I am or how I got here. Thank you for making me feel not so alone!

  2. Perhaps you should go in search of the place you see in your dreams, and try to find the person in whose body you enter in your dreams.     However this person may not be living at this present time, but by returning to the same spot where he or she once lived you may find peace.  Evidently this person is trying to call you to go back!  You will know when you have found the place.

You could even write a story about the life of this person as you have felt so close to him/her.

There is a true story about an English woman who was so pursued by reocurring dreams that she was finally obliged to go to Ireland in search of the house and neighbourhood where she is sure she lived.

She did actually find the family of this person and discovered that it had been herself!  So infact she was finally united with the descendands of her own family.

Look, I know this is true because a simular thing happened to me, but with a time lapse of about 12½ centuries.  I was actually able to meet up with the descendants of my own children, for incredible though it may seem!

    So there you are!

People do call us from our other lives, because they need to be recognized, or whatever!

  3. It could be a past life, like they said. There are books that deal with dreams and their meanings( you can find them at any bookstore). I had a dream the other day where I saw someone was sick and we couldn't help him and two days later he was put in jail and there was nothing we could do about it.Dreams can mean anything.

  4. Maybe it's similar to when you go to the movie theater to see a movie..and when you come out you "feel" like you're one of the people in the movie...even walk differently!! Anyway..that used to happen to me. I can't afford movie theaters anymore. It doesn't seem to happen with dvds.

But ..how come when we're dreaming we can usually see ourselves in the dream! Maybe we ARE someone else in dreams!

  5. First of all, to get the facts straight, Aladdin is no more like Egypt than Roger Rabbit is like the US.  Secondly, Bohemia is a region in the Czech Republic, not the Middle East.

I too have dreams where my perceived identity in the dream is different from my perceived identity while awake.  I also frequently dream of settings that are here on Earth and places that are nothing like the real world.

What does this mean?  It means our dreams can take us anywhere.  Because our rational faculties are resting when we sleep our consciousness is blowing out of control like a flag in the wind.

  6. Dreams aren't paranormal. They're perfectly natural and explainable. They even have meaning.Dream interpretation is real psychology. You'll get way better answers in a actual science forum.Always check out the science before the mumbo-jumbo.It's too interesting a subject to settle for a paranormal explanation.

  7. It could be a past life.  if you are dreaming of a past life you should remember them in detail.  It is a karmic lesson that applies to this lifetime that hasn't been resolved.
