  1. You can get cream specially formulated for dry cracked feet and heels at your chemist ot pharmacy. You can also buy hard sponge like blocks that remove dry skin effectively (my mum sweras by it) and also cream for removing hard skin.

You should have a blood test to ensure that the problem is not exacerbated by any underlying medical condition.

  2. Here is what I think you have and also talks about treatment.

Everyone gets them, your normal =]

  3. If I were you, I'd also just go and get a pedicure.  Trust me, they've seen it all and you should not be embarrassed.  But if you get your feet smoothed and moisturized professionally, it might help you get the head start you need to then continue with smoothing and moisturizing your feet yourself.

Another thing to try is you might want to put Vaseline on your feet, wrap them in Saran Wrap and then put socks over them.  Then sleep like that and in the morning, your feet should be softer.  You're going to then want to scrub them to get rid of the excess skin and then follow up with another foot moisturizer (not Vaseline).

  4. Did you try using lotion or even oil, what i do is just use lotion, put you have to remember to put it on everyday!

  5. Try putting some lotion on your feet. My feet tend to do that to but not quite as bad. I always put Gold Bond on my feet and it always heals up. If it does not get any better you may want to see a doctor.

  6. Mine were like that, only considerably worse. I finally broke down when my feet actually tore a huge hole in my sheet and bought a Ped Egg. I'm amazed that it really is helping. The problem is not completely gone, but it's improving noticeably. The important thing about using it or any other scraper or sander is don't try to do it all at once, or you'll hurt yourself. And don't use it if you are diabetic. Follow it up with lotion, and do a little a day every few days, and it will help a lot.
