  1. If you present yourself for inspection as a citizen of Canada you will be exempt the visa requirement unless you are seeking admission as a K, an E, or as a V nonimmigrant.

If you present yourself for inspection as a citizen of Pakistan, you will need a visa compatible with your purpose and intent.

Obviously, presenting yourself for inspection as a Canadian will be easier unless you are a K, E, or V nonimmigrant.

  2. U.S. doesn’t recognize dual citizenship

  3. Canada is not one of the 27 countries participating in the US Visa Waiver Program (VWP), however, through a separate agreement, Canadian citizens may generally enter the US, visa free, for up to 180 days for business or pleasure.

  4. Apply at the US Embassy in Pakistan in order to be granted a US visa.

  5. if you have dual citizenship, which one of them is canadian, you do not need a visa to enter the US,

Canada is on the visa waiver ,

If you are a Canadian citizen you do not require a visa to enter the United States. Simply take your documentation and proof of Citizenship and proceed to any U.S. Port of Entry.
