I have eczema but it very rarely flares up, but when it does it's real bad. I was wondering if there's any foods that can trigger it/worsen it or any foods that are subsequently good for the skin and can help ease eczema? Thanks

That website is helpful. Everyone is different though so it depends on what food allergies you have and what causes it to flare up for your skin type.

  3. avoid foods that have preservatives, they are unhealthy. have a healthy diet filled with fresh fruits and vegetables. all you need is an all natural skin care moisturizer that will help moisturize the skin all day and night, protecting it from any damage and irritants as well as can promote skin healing.
