I have eczema on my mouth and around my mouth can somebody help me figure out what to use?

whenever my mom ran out of kenalog ointment for the excema on her hands, she would cook up some oatmeal--she would cook it with extra water so when the oatmeal was cooked enough she would drain the extra water into a bowl which she would use on her hands
