I mean, like. If I boil them today, would they have to be discarded by tomorrow, even if they're boiled?

  1. Yes, they'll be bad by tomorrow.  Boil them and eat what you can.  When morning comes around you should throw them out.  Unless you want to risk getting a stomach ache and going to the bathroom all day.

  2. Eggs last much longer than the expiration date.  It's mostly to ensure that they are rotated properly in the store. I'd give them at least another two weeks fresh.

When I was in the Caribbean, they sold eggs unrefrigerated and they had them out for a week at a time.

  3. If you boil them and don't peel them- they should last for a while 7 to 10 days... Make lots of egg salads and sandwiches... I usually eat the white protein layer for a quick healthy snack.. Yummmm

  4. I'm sure they will be fine if you boil them, -after boiling, crack the shells before plunging them into cold water - peel straight away  and they won't go black. They will only last another 3 x days max.

    Good luck - happy eating....x*x !

  5. They can last another month in the refeigerator after the expiration date, even if you don't boil them.
