  1. if you mean underwears ,soak them in cold water and detergent for a bit, trow the water out and in the washer add warm water, 1 cup of  bleach and detergent .

  2. try useing viniger, as it removes many oders. i use it in my wash every day , work's great hope this helps.

  3. Rinse the clothes out asap with cold water--use regular laundy soap along with borax in the washer---this helps with both urine and f***s

  4. To remove urine smell from clothing use about 1/2 cup of vinegar (white not apple cider) in the wash. Your clothes will be whiter and cleaner with no smell.

Try 1/2 cup pine-sol. It disinfects and deoderizes.

  5. I would recommend washing them and adding 1/2 cup borax to the wash cycle and 1 cup white vinegar to the rinse cycle. Both are great deodorizers, the boax also removes stains and the vinegar works as a fabric softener.

  6. Urine crystals are indeed hard to get out of fabrics.  There are special urine removing products available at stores dealing with medical products.

Or try presoaking her clothing and bed linen in Biz prelaundry soak.

My mother has the same problem and immediately rinses or prewashes her garments in the sink or the washer before washing with detergent.  The sooner you get to the clothing, the easier it is to eliminate the urine.

  7. add the required amount of clorox.at this you may concider diapers.bless you. good luck.

  8. when you wash her laundry, add 1/2 cup baking soda to the wash cycle (1 cup for a top loader) and 1/2 cup white vinegar (1 cup for top loader) to the rinse cycle instead of fabric softener. Washing in cold water will help as well as hot and warm water makes the smells just that much worse. You also may consider drying her clothing outside in the  sunshine to kill bacteria as well as get rid of any lingering smells that got past the baking soda and vinegar. My 86 year old neighbor just resigned herself to wearing a diaper after a very embarrassing accident during a bridge game. Maybe talk to your mom about it. It will be the best option in the long run and she won't be embarrassed as much.
