The other day i recieved a phone call from them saying i had won a holiday to one of three destinations, for 4 people.

In order to pick up the prize i have to travel to London where they will put us up in a hotel give us a meal. And we have to watch a video recording to decide which holiday we would like to go on. Has anyone else had this experience? Also we have to pay £22 each (4 people) and the airport tax.

I was very pleased when i was told i was wrong. But my boyfriend says it sonds like a con.

  1. yes it more than likely is a con ... well, sort of ... the prize has to be genuine or they could be sued, but when you come to London (and when you're on your holiday) you will probably find it's on condition that you attend certain lectures and go on certain visits, all of which will be geared to selling you something, probably a timeshare or a villa

I can think of nicer ways to go on holiday

  2. I would go with your boyfriend .stay away from scams like this and save your money. if you had won they would send you details to chose from then your tickets and details for going.

  3. Sounds like a con.

They will shut you in a room with the other "winners" and you will have to watch the presentation for HOURS.

People end to signing things just to get out.

Be very careful not to sign anything or give any card details until you have checked them out very well.
