  1. Self employment is always good. As you are having experience and knowledge about the metal sheet manufacturing process, you must be knowing all in and out of the Industry and required rolling plants and other machineries, including the pickling procedures.

Prepare a project report, of your dream project. Be honest in giving the accurate figures. Indicate the required initial Capital  amount, along with the cash flow statement. List the machinery suppliers and attach the quotations received by them. Submit it a your Bank, for a loan.

Verify the availability of any subsidy, under small scale / Unemployed Graduate / Industrially back word area etc., apply for it. Be optimistic, you have every chance to get a loan. Good luck.

  2. I very much go with Manjunaath and to add on top of it. Do a detailed Market study before you think of doing anything. There are surveys available for almost all types of Small Scale Businesses with TIDCO / SIPCOT / etc.

  3. Get a job.

  4. Appreciate your initiative.  I am sure you can mobilise atleast ten thousand rupees for purchase of a hand press atleast to start with.  Or you can source out any second hand hand press-  There are many companies who are prepared to sub contract the order on labour basis.  The material will be supplied by them and you will invoice as labour charges and no tax collected.  I presume that you are technically strong in the trade.  You can make small press components and grow from there.  Ensure that you do not damage the press tools.  It is very costly.  All the best.  WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY
