  1. clean them with only warm water and a deck mop  a new on the has no detergents in it,I am a professional housekeeper and I have cleaned many floors in my 24 years of business, hope this helps you!!

  2. My laminate flooring says to use only a damp mop of water. That is all. Works for me. Not much water as it can get between the seams.

  3. It is called laminate flooring and manufacturer's recommendation is ammonia and water, damp mop.  Soap leaves a film that could end up sticky

  4. We were recently in a flooring store looking at those type floors and the salesman said you don't need to use anything but ammonia and water. Other cleaners tend to leave a film and eventually turn the floor dull.  You'll have to check on the ratio of ammonia to water.

  5. soap and water

  6. You can buy a liquid wood cleaner for laminate floors that you put into the water, also a polish as i use them and they are very good, but you must use a sponge mop not one to wet or you will cause the wood to buckle and if need be wipe over with a clean dry cloth.
