I have family abroad(foreign born) wanting to come to the U.S to work here, what is the process?

Hi, i got family my uncle and my cousin wants to come to the U.S what is the process

i went to http://www.uscis.gov and i don't think i could find what i was looking for.

now im a u.s citizen. American-born

any info would be greatly appreciated

  1. USCIS, will not find jobs for immigrants,

    they will have to find jobs by themselves , and then get in touch with USCIS,


  2. you being an american citizen means nothing for your uncle and cousin to come here. you cannot petition for them since only immediate relatives (parents, offsprings, siblings) are allowed to be petitioned for.

    your uncle and cousin need to find an employer willing to hire them and petition for either a work visa or a green card. other than that, there's nothing else/

  3. i believe that you need to contact immigration and apply for a work visa for them or even possibly an application to enter the united states.
