  1. thats crazy what you said..not in a bad way..its just that i know alot of men think that about me..so that would make me a hoe even though i havent slept with them and even though i dont like half the men that think that about me.

as for your wieght issues..the only healthy thing to do is eat polyunsaturated fats..because they dont stack well in your body...so they are easier to use and to digest and dont clog arteries as much as something that is suturated.

Try to excercise when ever you can. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. stuff like that. start out slow. burn more calories than you eat..ok hope everything goes well with you and thanks for answering my question.

  2. Ditto, my doctor put me on megafol 5mgs of folate to help rectify the liver problem and yes weight has something to do with it, try the folate tablet, add a multivitamin and try walking as much as possible, mine was from a spleen problem that set off a chain of events that almost killed me and I didnt even know, just felt really tired and very weak, much better now though thankfully to the megafol, its inexpensive around A$7-A$8 for 200 tablets, you should feel better in no time, hope this helps goodluck! :)
