you should just start talking to her more..ask her interest and stuff maybe get or aim or msn so you can more often then get her number and then meet in person.

"most of the time she write back.." doesn't sound very promising.  Try to get her number and tell her over the phone.  If she doesn't give you her number, or gives an excuse (my parents blah blah blah), then she's not interested.
