Where is the huge second machine? But for how long is she supposed t be out?

Anyway.. I have four critical questions... How are science and religion different? How are science and religion alike? How is the movie presenting the new concepts of quantum science? AND Does the ending create a broader gap between science and religion or does it shortens it?

  1. In religion,you dont ask questions.only believes.

Religious believes does not change with time.

But science changes with new inventions.

Science and religion should not be mixed up.

Other answers, even though I read the book of carl Sagan and watched the movie in Tv,not remembering many things.

  2. The second machine was located in a hidden cove on the north coast of Hokkaido Island in Japan.  She was gone for 18 minutes.

    It was a great movie.

  3. I think this is more of an opinionated question, what I say might not be what you think. However, I believe that the two must work together. Galileo once said,"Holy Writ tells me how to go to Heaven, not how the Heavens go". History has shown the two to always fight each other, but I agree with Galileo, religion only tells us who did it and how we can get to heaven. Science explains how the Creator did it. Unfortunately you have people in all religions that say if you believe in a 13.73 billion year old universe, you are going to h**l.

The one thing to remember about Quantum Mechanics is that it is all theory. There are alot of things we can't know because it is impossible to know, lookup the Observer Effect for more on this.

I think the ending brings the two closer together.
