I have finished just a matix,expereince of 6yrs in hotel industry.as manager.can i go into facilityservice?

i want to go for facility service in call centre or BPO. as i have been in hospitaility industry.but my education.is very low i have finished SSLC AND (ITI) IN MOTOR MACHANIC VACHILE AND WELDING.have an experience in hotel industry 6yrs in which i am serving as a manager for past three tears.please advice me can i go to facility service and will get having only less education but i am fluent in english and a dynamic hard worker

Facility service in BPO.. never.. you are better whereever you are now!! and ur English skills... as you said is not so strong enough to be in a BPO. as seen from ur question above itself!!

Try to take up a part time degree course, work on ur english, grow in the field whereever you are !!! you will atleast be respected by the people served by you there!! you won't be able to tolerate the culture in BPO!!

I would advise you to first get back to basics. The way you communicate information is equally if not more important than the information being communicated. You may need to freshen up your reading and writing skills to start. Once you are comfortable with that, you should review your math and make sure you have at least a 10th grade mathematical education. You will need to apply people, mathematical and analytical skills in that position. If you have not graduated or received a GED, you may look at going back to night school. Your age is less important than your commitment to bettering yourself.

dont be foolish never  leave the industry if u r a hard worker

bpo's if make ur life miserable,money will be pouring in but life will be big zero.

if u have less education no probs,u have good working experince
