  1. All varieties of cories will hang out and school together.  Unlike people, cory catfish are not prejudiced.  They are very social fish and prefer to be in groups of 3 or more and they don't care if one is peppered, one is albino and one is panda; they are just happy to all be together.  Various colors of cory catfish are not seperate species, they are just color variations, so they can crossbreed.  It's very doubtful that you are going to see any eggs with only 2 cories in your tank though.  Breeding cories is a fairly tricky business and since cories are such social group fish, breeding is far more likely to happen within a group of 5 or 6 fish than with only a pair.

  2. haha i dont think that is possible.

  3. every corydoras species is likely to get along, but mating...im not sure

    its possible.

  4. I don't think corys mate, they are egg layers and the lady corys swallow the sperm and then release them when they are laying the eggs.

If you only have room for a small number of corys it is best to get all the same species.

  5. they'll be nice to each other, but they won't mate or spawn.

  6. Actually it is possible, but not likely unless you try to get them to spawn by triggering it. Here is how to breed cory cats- http://aqualandpetsplus.com/Catfish,%20C...

Good luck with the fishes. Also, you are more likely to have success breeding them with a large pack of multiple males and multiple females.=)
