just file your returrn with the appropriate ITR (income tax return Form) and in that do fill the income from the intrest or other sources...and do attach the orignal form 16 and 16 a with the ITR and incase your total taxable income was less then you would be refunded the excess of TDS that has been deducted..

Get an IT returns form from IT office. I guess it is availible in the net also. Fill the form . It is very easy to fill the form as the data is the same as form 16. Use Form 16 as a reference to fill in the form. There is also and acknoledgement form which can also be downlaoded. Sign on the forms and submit it to the IT office along with the Form 16 and all.

Get the acknoledgement slip stamped by the IT officer. Stamping will be done immediately after submitting the form.
