I have found a build a bear id and would like to pass on to the owner?

i found a build a bear id cert and would like to post it to the owner of the bear i have the bears code number

Take it into the Build a Bear factory and they will look it up and send it to the owner.

You should contact Build a Bear, you'll probably need to send them the cert because they won't be able to give you the customer's address due to data protection.
