I have found what I believe to be a dead sea slug on a beach?

I have found what I believe to be a dead sea slug on a beach in portugal, and despite having searched the net, am having difficulty in finding someone who can tell me about it - I have been through all the google sea slug sites and still can not find any pictures similart to that what I have found.

Any suggestions?

Hii,

You could get a book all about sea creatures and see if the creature you found is in there. Or if you did'nt want to buy a book you could rent one from a libruary.

I don't know what the slug you found looks like but maybe this will help out a little bit.

If it has a series of shells, it might be a shark egg, some of which have a corkscrew  appearance.

Show us what you got and then maybe someone with more experience can help you out or you can then be able to contrast it with a picture online

Sea slugs don't have shells, so whatever you've found is not a sea slug.

can u post up a picture or something?  it's really hard to decide/suggest what it is... maybe you can wiki it and find a list of slug from there... gdluck~
