  1. Depends on what state you are in and they way your policy is written. That would be something that is in a clause somewhere in your policy papers and most people never even look at it.

Bottom line is you do know, and even if the insurance said ok, I see a lawsuit written all over any accident she has. Because if she has no license then she has NO business behind the wheel of a vehicle

  2. insurance in uk wont cover it and if you didn't know she will get done  for taking without consent and no insurance if they prove you did know  you can also be charged keep the keys well away from her

  3. All insurance companies put a clause in the coverage that says they don't have to cover any damages if there is a law broken, or any illegal activity occured when the damage occured.  They can weasel out of a claim if somebody doesn't have a license, and drives.

You are okay with the state because the vehicle is insured, but you might not get any money if she wrecks.

  4. When you loan out your car, you loan out your insurance coverage also.  If the person you loan it to is without a license, the insurance will not cover an accident.

If you happen to live at the same address and you don't have her listed on your policy, they won't cover because she isn't listed and is at the same address.

Bottom line, don't let her drive it.

  5. That depends on the coverage and your state.  Some states MANDATES that the insurance covers no matter what.  Other states will allow the insurance decide (and probably not covered).

Either way it is a BAD IDEA to drive without a license.  You will automatically lose in any law suits concerning a car accident.

    Good Luck...

  6. You shouldn't  let any unliscensed person drive your car. It's against the law!
