You need to see a doctor and get her/his advice on treatment -- and to be sure it is, in fact, genital warts.

There are no over the counter (effective) treatments/creams for genital warts. Imiquimod, Podophyllotoxin, bi-,tri-chloracetic acid are possible treatments, as is cryotherapy.

However, you should know that more than 90% of EXTERNAL genital warts experience complete clearance (cure) within 2 years, with or without treatment. However, just because they disappear does not mean you are necessarily cured.

Please see your doctor or visit a sexual health clinic and speak with a physician/nurse about this.
