  1. depends whether u want mbbs or bds.................

    4 mbbs u need 2 have a rank in top 300 or so 2 get a college in delhi.............colleges in north-east (guwhati etc. ) r available till 1500.............

    however u can get indira gandhi medical college in simla if u get a rank in top 800


  2. why are you asking your question in the Special Ed section? why do so many people in your country not understand that Special Education deals with people who have physical and/or mental disabilities?
