I have given my daughter both the SAT and ACT test to see which she takes better can you tell me which?

1410 is equal to a 20.  Pretty much they are the same.

go to wikipedia.com and type in act exam, towards the bottom it will say roughly what the equivalent of both exams

Those scores are pretty much equal.  A 1380-1430 is equivalent to a 19 on the ACTs so you could say the ACT score is better.  I never took the ACT, but I personally found the SATs rather easy and most people I know were able to improve their SAT scores by a decent number of points, so I'd recommend taking the SAT.
