I have given telephonic interview after being selected in personal interview in 1st phase.?

Question

It was told that telephonic round is of Project Management interview. I received the call 10 days after my 1st phase of interview, although I was told that it would happen within 3 days after my first phase interivew. Nothing specific was asked during telephonic round and it was merely a casual discussion about my work. At the end I was told that HR would be contacting me. 5 working days have passed since telephinc interview took place. No communication I received from them. What I need to do? Can any one help.

The fact that they took longer than they said they would the first time might mean that they'll be late getting back to you again.  However, whenever you take a competitive interview it is safest to assume that you won't get the job.   That way you'll keep looking elsewhere and won't be too disappointed if you don't get the first one.  Then, you'll be even more pleasantly surprised if you DO get the job.  Good luck!
