i have gone through some websites which offers free medical transcription course online.is this really true?

i want to do a medical transcription course and work from home.when i was searching the net for best institues i came across free online medical transcription course which offers job from home.i applied but still didn't got any reply from them.does anybody pursing a online course like that or doing a mt job from home.the website i refered was ww.hqmt.com.can anybody help me in this?

All free medical transcription sites will give you basic knowledge of medical transcription, introduction to MT.  If you want to become professional MT, you have to practice different type of dictations(accents) of doctors and you have to get feedback from mentor.  You can see andhrascribe.com site for professional MT course.
