It is a C type visa for 7 days stay and in the remarks field of visa it is written" besuchs/geschäfts visum erwerbs tätigkeit nicht gestattet". i am not sure if with this remark I would be able to enter a schengen country other than Germany. I am planning to enter Italy after Germany if possible.

  1. the most important thing to respect with schengen visa ? is to always enter the country that gave you the visa first, after that? you may travel to any country in the schengen zone.........

here is what it says :

    Entry to Germany

Visa for attendance and business stays

By attendance and business stays one understands stays about up to at the most 3 months without admission of a gainful employment (gainful employment e.g. stays are not to business discussions, which are accomplished on behalf of a foreign company).

    Attendance visa

Before exhibition of an attendance visa the representation abroad usually requires the collecting main  of an undertaking (invitation). That is the obligation of the persons living in Germany (or acquaintance usually used), to take over all costs - including all costs in the medical case -, possibly developing with the stay.

    Business visa

Who would like explain an informal assumption of the costs as Unternehmerin or an entrepreneur someone to invite (e.g. to negotiations), can on a firm head elbow and to let whereupon  the signature authenticate.

Undertakings and certification of signature are there for Duesseldorfer in  the citizen offices.

An attendance or a business visa is given as "Schengen visa". A valid Schengen visa entitled usually to entry and stay in all member states of the Schengener of agreement (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Spain).

The distribution and extension of a Schengen visa depend in all these states on uniform, obligatory rules,  the Schengener execution conventions. Herein it is fixed that a visa extension can take place only in exceptional cases, if important reasons are made valid and proven. As important reason one regards e.g.

    - travel inability due to an illness

    - unforeseeable delay of business discussions

    - heavy illness of close members

    - unavoidable date at courts or authorities

    - higher force

If important reason is present, an extension can take place only for the necessary period.
