I have got an email from TOTAL Oil, London. They recruit me as their employee and told me to contact with their authorized Visa & work permit agent. After completion the Visa & work permit form now they want $500 as processing fee. Is it fake?

Clearly fake.  Employers do not ask employees to pay for their jobs.

There is an agency who is trying to collect money for doing something you will have to do yourself, anyway.
