I have got an offer from a callcenter for the post of the process manager in Kanpur's call center?

A lot of factors need consideration before you should or should not change. Your age, qualifications, career ambitions, abilities, financials, acceptable route to shape your future plans, existing and proposed companies' prospects, policies, strengths and weaknesses, your own risk appetite....quite significant a few more. Analysis the factors as per your priorities and take a calculated risk.

This really depends on what profile your are currently in and what company has made this offer. Convergys is certainly one of the better places to work with. But then, as I said, if you are gaining a substantial jump from where you are right now, you should surely go for it.
