I have got my Ansys working, tell me how to open Ansys workbench?,it just opens a tab as startpage & thats it

I have installed Ansys 11.0 and i can able to work with that but Ansys Workbench is not opening for me .It just opening a tab with start page and that's it ,i cant able to work further.Tell me what i have to do for opening Ansys Workbench and to work with it
