I have got some pimples and red spots i want gone!! =(?

i used to have real bad spots near to acne then i started using freederm and now theyre just pimples much clearer! and i never used to wear foundation and powder and concealer but now i do and it isnt affecting my spots ANYWAYS.. i have these white pimples on my forehead and chin and everynow and then i get a huge spot somewher just the one on my forehead nose or chin so annoying! but i have been using green concealer and normal concealer and powder it seems to cover it up recently my mum has got me this t-zone concealer stick it says it helps spots i want to know if it does or if its poointless/worse i have been using it and my spots havent got worse but ive only had it for like 3-4 days and also any rememdies for these big spots?? (freederm works but im just wondering anythin else)

this worked great for me. the first day i got it !! it showed a difference.. okay its called clearasil stay free oil free gel wash.. !! i even got up to check the name for you!!!
