on tom tom go to main menu 3 of 3 page select tom tom plus services therer are three icons check for updates tom tom buddies and safety camera warnings tap this icon and that should work if not try contacting tom tom

You drag & drop them into the folder called "Great_Britain-Map"

At least that's how it works on other versions of TomTom
