I have great interest in 100m dash but do not have any coach and approach ..plz hellp me out?

i have already won all races from my school days to annual sports meet at college but i need sm1 who makes me participate in events at district and state level.

get in to some races and win them. then u can find sponser who willing to take you as a student

First - if your a guy get used to looking at Usain Bolt's backside. If not, go for it.

Second - Get in some races and try to make headlines to see who notices you. Most of the Olympians started in high school or college and someone who wanted to coach them noticed them and the coach approached the athlete.
