I have guinea pig that has Cryptosporidiosis disease, how can i treat him?

He lost alot of weight in a matter off 2 weeks and he has all these's sores on him and i gathering its Cryptosporidiosis, and i don't know how old he is, but i only had him for about 18months now, i got him out of a pet shop and i just don't know how to treat him and i don't know if is too late to do it....

I have wormed him but he hasn't put any weight back on him at all and he keeps eating like his starving but he isn't....

i'll be really happy if you can help me and my guinea pig....

Your guinea pig needs to see a vet. Do not just guess at his diagnosis, he needs a small animal vet.

Keep his cage clean of litter, it can be caused by eating fecal matter.  You might try giving him something that can provide high energy just to get enough of something digested.
