I have had a bad arm playing tennis recently but yesturday i did a smash and my arm made a snap noise !?

my arm went numb, everyone heard it and a horrible shocking pain went up anyone help ?? plz fast got a tennis tournemnt on on monday

go to the doctor

rest it

apply ice

if it's really bad you can't play the tournament.

a suggestion is warming up before playing or making sure you hit in the right technique

I'm assuming that you dislocated your arm.

maybe its dislocated or something..
