does anybody know what the worst case scenario is for me? i have had them before but never with nausea. and the nausea started saturday. i have had my eyes checked and i have 20/20 vision. and he said my eyes were definitely not the cause. i do not have insurance so i feel like i am out of options. does anybody have any advice for me?

please and thank you.

o and i am taking fioricet and finergin. but i am having to take the fioricet about every 3 to 4 hours instead of every 6 like the bottle says. today i tried to not take one when i thought the meds were waring off (you know i thought there was a chance it was just all in my head ) but not long after i started seeing my aura's and got nausea and my head was killing. so if anyone can help, i would be so thank full.

  1. I get migraines that last usually 3-4 days. I get nausea & I throw up most times and then I feel a little better.

These usually come on when I feel nervous about something. Is something bothering you? That can be the cause.

I take imitrex when I feel one coming on and it helps.

  2. know it is hard with out insurance, but, you really need to see a neurologist to see what is going on.  migraines are nothing to push off.  could be something more going on than that.  could be (God forbid) a tumor or aneurysm or something that could be BAD.

please go to the neurologist.  it will only be for the best and most doctors will take payment plans.  push come to shove, go to the hospital and request charity care.

what ever you do, make going to get checked first.

  3. The drugs you are taking are not very effective, and apparently aren't working.  You best best might be to order some more powerful migraine meds from a Canadian pharmacy.  Unfortunately the more effective drugs are expensive. ome info on migraine meds at the first link.

BTW, for me, one thing that helps me just a little bit is 12-hour sudafed - the original kind.
