I have had a sore throat/ itchy, a painful cough, runny/blocked nose and flem for 4 weeks. what is it?a cold?

At first, i thought it was a cold.. but its the first time its lasted so long. usually, it lasts about 2 weeks at most. and this time its lasted 4 weeks +. so im starting to doubt that its a cold.
