I have had downloaded FROM a mobile. some family pictures ?

which was sent to, www.viginmobile.co.uk.i says on my pc , getmeeges online , i have gone to the vigin site and they do not download , can you tell me how to retrieve these please , i thankyou in advance....

The reason you're getting this message is that someone has sent some pictures to your phone, but your phone isn't configured to receive mms messages.  You need to ring Virgin from your mobile and ask them to send you the mms settings, to allow you to receive the pictures to your mobile.  It's a 10p flat fee to ring them, but the settings are free of charge.
