i believed i tweaked my shoulder at football camp or weight lifting but it feels kind of sore when i move it fast like it needs to be poped out. but i first noticed it when i pushed someone of with my shoulder. i was just wondering what i can do to help it heal cuz i have practice starting tomorrow and i dont want to have any injuries. thank you
