  1. I agree with Tazzy, the pain is a signal. You could have a cyst or endometriosos. It's not something you want to play with, I am sure you don't want to experience this again. Go to the doctor and let them do an ultrasound and such and make sure you are okay.

Since you are on the pill and still experiencing these cramps i would go into the doctor asap. Something could be seriously wrong! Do you think you could be pregnant or have been pregnant and experiencing a miscarriage?

  2. Birth Control! I used 2 have the worst cramps ever and birth control made my life so much better.

  3. Take 600 mg of ibuprofen. And put a heating pad on your belly. I get really intense cramps like that too. But the 600 mg of ibuprofen really seem to help me the best more then midol, and every other medication. Look into maybe going on the pill. The pill really didn't due much for my cramps, but at least you can shorten your period that way, or skip it all together.

  4. birth control pills.  Trust me i had the same problem and now i only have four day periods.  I take yasmin it works great.

  5. take a hot bath, and then some advil.

my cramps get so bad to the point i need to leave school, too.

steaming hot baths always soothe my cramps.

i hope you feel better really soon!

  6. Pamprin.

  7. if regular motrin, tylenol, alieve, advil etc. dont work, you need to contact your doctor. cramps should not stop you from your daily activities

  8. Get to the ER so they can rule out the REALLY bad stuff. You probably have non cancerous fibroid tumors or one. But that kind of pain is a signal! Take care!!!

  9. Try a hot water bottle.

  10. Severe abdominal pain that subsides when you aren't moving is a sign of appendicitis.  You really should seek medical care immediately.

  11. For immediate relief, take some aleve and put a warm heating pad under your lower back. That should take some of that pain away quickly. If you don't have a heating pad, a nice warm bath might help.

For long term relief if this happens very often, you might need to go see the doctor again. Do you have endometriosis? That is what it sounds like.

  12. i was like that when i went to the beach try drinking lots water or just enough to hydrate you and eat pineapple or other cold fruit it helps try not to eat sweets and relax and get as comfort as can be more than likely to work i did it i was hurting really bad with cramps i wanted to cry well try this hope i helped good luck

  13. i would think about going on the pill so you can skip your periods from now on....my friend was in the same situation and now shes on the pill and so grateful for it

  14. i think the more you move around ,the easier it should get
