I have had the Implanon Implant for six months now! ?

Is it normal to bleed for 2 weeks with bad cramping?

I believe so yes.  Luckily my periods came and went and have now stopped.  I had this fitted 6 months ago.  My doctor told me if this happens it would need time to settle down. Can take up to 6 months,  but this can be unbearable and then there are no guarantees.  Implanon does not suit some people so if this carries on you may need an alternative method.

I hope it does settle down for you I got pregnant with the pill then pregnant with coil this is by far the best method I've used.  Good Luck.

Best thinng to do is phone the free telephone number on the box of Implanon. If you can't find it phone up Schering Plough who are the makers of Implanon
