See a neurologist. I suspect you may be having subclinical seizures.

muscle spasms.... are u under alot of stress..... drink some warm tea and relax..

Sorry to be vague but it could be symptomatic of many things.

It's scary but don't stress out too much - won't change anything - but see your doctor who will probably refer you to a neurologist.  They will take good care of you.
