  1. high

  2. take a test and see. maybe you are. maybe your not. good luck

  3. The answer depends on many things, so it's impossible to give an answer.  I suggest you go to your GP for a morning-after pill as soon as possible: you might also want to talk to her/him about being tested for STDs.

  4. 1/4 pregancies end i a misscarrige

the week afer you period is when your most fertile

    hope your ok

  5. it you were ovulating at the time its highly likely but even if you weren't there's still a 50 50 chance

  6. Contrary to popular belief, women are only fertile for approximately 5 days each month, and those days are the days before ovulation.  On a normal 28 day cycle, ovulation usually occurs around the 14th day.  While it is EXTREMELY rare, pregnancy can occur on or after that day, however most times it is usually due to a late ovulation.

The average life of a sperm cell is 3-5 days, 5 days being under optimal conditions.  Your egg only lives for 24-36 hours, and it must be fertilized within that time period.

So start adding up numbers, if you have had intercourse within 5 days before your ovulation date, you  have a good chance of becoming pregnant.

My advice for you, since this is such a worry for you, is that if you are going to have s*x, use protection.  As much as he may not want to use a condom, I'm sure he'd rather use one than support a child for the next 18 years.

  7. um, pretty high considering you had no protection.  There is still a chance of becoming pregnant with protection...you lowered it significantly when you had s*x unprotected

  8. to be honest it is not the chance of getting pregnant that gives me that would give me the 'willies' [ excuse the pun] it is ALL the other things which can be far worst that you catch through unprotected s*x!

get checked out and then hoping all is OK learn from this and DON'T do it again until you have steady partner and want to start a family.

  9. I don't know the exact percentage.  However, the key word is significant.  There is a significant chance.  It is best to set boundaries to avoid s*x, such as by not being alone with one another.  You can get information, caring support and free testing at a pregnancy resource center, which you can find by calling 1800395help.  Take good care.

  10. Depends on a lot of things i.e. how far along in your cycle your are etc.

If you had s*x less than 72 hours ago I strongly recommend you go to your pharmacist (or doctor if you are underage) and get the morning after pill.  Yes, it may be embarrasing to ask but would you rather that than have an abortion or have an unwanted child?

... and next time, please, please use a condom!

  11. Depends. If you took it in the face, nothing to worry about.

  12. Sorry - what would give you more likelihood of being pregnant than unprotected s*x??

  13. Not as high as you might think, took me 3 months of unprotected s*x nearly every day to get pregnant. Depends on your ovulation and luck of the draw

  14. What do u think u FOOL! ¬¬

  15. If you are in the middle of your cycle then you have a higher risk of being pregnant.  If you did it within the last 72 hours, visit your GP or local chemist and get the morning after pill.  If it is longer ago, then try not to worry and be conscious of any signs indicating you are - especially if you miss your next period.  If after a month you are still unsure, buy a couple of reliable pregnancy tests. If it was only the once then you might be lucky, but in future you should really use a condom or see your doctor about going on the pill.  Maybe it would also be a good idea if you went to your local GUM clinic and got checked for any STD's, just in case.

  16. How is anyone on yahoo answers going to know if you're pregnant???? Get the morning afterpill, and take more care next time.

  17. One mistake always ends up in a pregnancy that you don't want as far as i'm concerned, and what really annoys me is people that don't think before they open their legs always falls pregnant, people who want kids find it hard to concieve and when they do sometimes it ends in miscarriage. That's just my opinion on your question.

  18. depends on where you are in your cycle, but it only takes the once to become pregnant. Not only the chance of becoming pregnant, but the chance of getting STD's. Get yourself to the doctors to get the morning after pill if you had unprotected s*x within 72hours and checked out for STD's

  19. depending on how close it was to your period it is very likely you could be,but in saying that not everyone falls straight away

  20. There is a chance that you could be pregnant if it was less than 72 hours ago then I'd go and get the morning after pill just to be safe otherwise you'll just have to wait and see and if you miss your period take a test.

    Good luck

  21. if you are female then the chances are very high

  22. Surely nobody's that silly!!

There's a 50/50 chance you could be pregnant, but your ovulation dates will give you a better idea, google it and work it out for yourself, then if and when you miss your period, do a test! :)

If it was less than 72 hours ago then go get the morning after pill if you don't want a baby. You can have it prescribed for free or buy it over the counter in the pharmacy for about £20. Remember it's bank holiday weekend so you're going to have to move fast. Don't leave it to chance if you're not ready for a child. The alternative would be abortion or having a baby you can't really provide for.

  23. Are you serious?

  24. 25% according to statistics- IF you were BOTH healthy AND you were at your PEAK fertile time ie ovulation.

  25. you have a 50 50 chance of being pregnant but you could also get infections and stds from having unprotected s*x so be careful
