I have hdtv with an antenna?

On the far right of my screen, last vertical line, a complete discoloration occurs. This seems to happen when the screen is moving fast. I just got it, and have not investigated it much. It is a cheap indoor antenna. The tv is an LCD 22 inch element. What could this mean? I am thinking of taking it to a friends house to plug component cables into it to see if it occurs through cable

yeah some antenas do that.  If you plug in the cable, there should be a difference in picture as well.
